What a great day!! Mission 25 had the privilege to participate in Columbia City High School’s signing day✍🏻

We didn’t sign with just one, or just two, but with THREE incredible students for summer work placement💙

Amaya, Calie and Holly were our high school interns this last semester and they proved all the reasons why we needed to hire them. They strengthened our work with their talents and skills🥹

💙Amaya will work with our out-of-school team this summer.
❤️Calie will work with our shelter services team.
💙Holly will work for both our out-of-school team and shelter services team.

Today, the Mission 25 team attended the 3rd annual Indiana Mental Health Summit💚 We were excited to bring our Columbia City High School interns with us!

Everyone is bringing big thoughts back with them! We are thankful for the opportunity to learn today. 💙❤️

There's no better way to spend a Tuesday morning at Mission 25 than surrounded by these exceptionally gifted students! 💙 It's only fitting we express our heartfelt gratitude over lunch. ☺️

They're the creative masterminds behind an inspiring campaign designed to unite our community behind our mission, and you can expect their impactful work to be showcased across our platforms in the coming months. 🏃‍♀️🏃

Today was a priceless opportunity for them to connect with our residents, learning about the true meaning of community and how it's built here at M25. ❤️

Mission 25 is deeply thankful for the incredible partnership with our school system and the remarkable engagement from students this year. The talent that thrives in Whitley County is indeed one of our community's most significant strengths, filling our hearts with pride and joy.

"Opening MVCC’s doors caused a resounding 'They’re worth it,' from so many of these community champions. Fast forward almost six years, and I now have the privilege of supervising the program and the staff who give meaning to the phrase, 'you’re always welcome here.'"

Mission 25 + First Responders = Stronger Community Safety.

Today, we welcomed members of the Columbia City Police Department and Columbia City Fire Department for our First Responders Training. 🚔🚒

This training helps responders understand:
💙 What Mission 25 does
❤️ How our programs intersect with emergency response
💙 How trauma-informed practices improve safety for everyone

We’re grateful for their partnership and their willingness to learn alongside us.
Together, we’re building a safer, more connected community. 🫶

We are incredibly grateful to the Knights of Columbus of St Paul of the Cross Catholic Church🥹 Their annual Fish Fry raised $2,800 for Mission 25💙💙💙 THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, bought fish and supported Mission 25!

We think this bunch of Knights are pretty amazing people! 🫶
