Mental Health Awareness Month aka May, allowed us to take a field trip out of the office and give little reminders of the importance of taking care of yourself. The demands of life will slowly eliminate the things that keep your mind and body well if left unchecked. These little ducks are a reminder for you to protect your peace, breathe, and remember your purpose.

If you received a duck, or found one along the way, let us know by dropping a comment or a pic of your little ducks new home.

Some of our favorite things to do: to build more connections and gain resources for first responders in Tennessee. This past week some of the TFRF First Responder Su***de Prevention Task Force members attended the Serve Strong: Corban Scott Goad Memorial Foundation First Responder Resilience Summit. We are grateful for what they are doing here in Tennessee and allowing us to be a part of their mission to honor Corban Scott Goad by serving others and supporting all First Responders (EMS, firefighters, law enforcement etc.) and also through positively impacting and supporting athletics especially athletic trainers and others who provide sideline medical services and support, and by doing other good works. If you haven’t heard of this wonderful organization, check them out at https://www.servestrong.us/
