The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority Building Cleaner Communities Competition is now accepting proposals to support regionally significant, decarbonized and resilient new construction, deep retrofit, adaptive reuse, and gut rehabilitation projects in the building sectors such as light industrial and manufacturing, municipal and government and office.

2026 BCCC Program information:

➡️ Awards of up to $1.5M for a single building and up to $3M for multiple buildings are available.
➡️ The deadline for applications is August 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
