On behalf of long time Ruh Row crew captain & rower Franchesca Arnold who we lost too soon to cancer, we are sharing her son Zander’s incredible and inspiring tribute and fundraiser to honour his beloved mother and to help others.

Hey all!!
Wanted to send a quick note about something I’m doing to my honor my mom. When mom was first diagnosed with breast cancer I wanted to find something challenging to work towards and be by her side fighting. After googling “world’s hardest marathon” I discovered a marathon on the Great Wall of China.

I’ve been working towards this for the last year and cannot wait to honor my moms legacy this Mother’s Day weekend 💪💪

I’m currently fundraising a direct contribution for the exact ICU team that took care of her during her battle, and wanted to send the donation link here. Any donation or sharing of the link would be immensely appreciated and helps a family (like ours) in need ❤️❤️❤️
