As many of you have heard—last week the town of Scituate overwhelmingly voted YES 🗳to save the field. The town will exercise the right of first refusal and the Border Street Field will be preserved forever. We have many updates on what’s next for the field, but today we want to say THANK YOU to the hundreds of you who turned out in spite of the weather, those who donated, and rallied to help us spread the word. Thank you to those in the communities surrounding Scituate for your ongoing support and activism. Together we have made a huge difference, and we hope you’re every bit as proud of this achievement as we are. We also hope everyone weathered the storm safely. Please stay tuned for more news. ❤️

🚨TONIGHT: Vote YES at Town Meeting at 7pm! 🚨This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to save the historic Border Street Field. We need all of you Scituate residents to vote YES on Article 6, Item #7. It all comes down to your vote.

Please take a moment to reflect on how we got here. The acquisition has been approved by the CPC, Planning Board, and Advisory Committee. Thanks to all of you, we have received upwards of $350,000 in donations. We have not only met our goal but exceeded it!Together, we are making a difference in our community.

PLEASE NOTE: The Select Board has confirmed tonight's meeting will take place as planned, there will be no delay due to weather!
