We are incredibly grateful to the Teamsters Local 25 for their generous $5,000 grant in support of SAIL!

Partnerships like this help us continue creating opportunities, independence, and meaningful experiences for the individuals we serve. We are proud to have the support of the Teamsters and appreciate their commitment to the autism community.

Celebrating Mother’s Day with creativity, love, and gratitude 🌸💐

Our residents had a wonderful time creating beautiful floral arrangements for their mothers and loved ones. Every bouquet was thoughtfully designed with care, pride, and appreciation for the incredible women who have supported and inspired them throughout their lives.

Moments like these remind us that the smallest gestures often carry the biggest meaning. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers, caregivers, and maternal figures in our SAIL community and beyond 💖

SAIL Home Scituate is looking for a caring and motivated Community Builder to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism in a shared living environment.

🕒 Flexible shifts available – days, evenings, and overnights
💲 Pay range: $20–$23/hour (based on experience and schedule)

This role focuses on building independent living skills, encouraging social engagement, and supporting residents in reaching personal goals—while being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
