Troy is off to the USA Games! She's worked extremely hard for this, and it shows. Bocce may be her sport, but her heart is what makes everyone instantly fall in love with her. That love for the game, paired with all the hours she's put in, is exactly why she's earned her spot facing off against the best Special Olympics has to offer as part of Team Florida. Jack is helping our residents improve their mobility today through water aerobics. Water aerobics is a low-impact form of exercise that helps increase flexibility and strengthen muscles and coordination. The buoyancy of the water reduces stress on joints, making it an ideal activity for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges. By leading these sessions, Jack is providing our residents with a safe and effective way to stay active.
