We are deeply honored and incredibly grateful to South Florida Wellness Network for selecting The Legacy Closet as the 2026 Recovery Friendly Business of the Year during National Recovery Month.
This recognition means more to us than words can truly express. Recovery is about so much more than overcoming addiction, it’s about second chances, dignity, healing, courage, hope, and being reminded that your past does not have to define your future.
At The Legacy Closet, we believe nobody should have to walk their recovery journey feeling judged, forgotten, or alone. Sometimes what someone needs most isn’t a lecture or a label. Sometimes they simply need a safe place, an open door, a helping hand, and someone who still believes in them.
That is why our doors will always be open to anyone in need of resources, understanding, compassion, or hope. We want every person who walks through our doors to know that they are seen, they are valued, and they are worthy of support, regardless of where their journey has taken them.
Thank you, South Florida Wellness Network, for seeing the heart behind what we do and for recognizing the importance of creating spaces where recovery is supported, celebrated, and embraced. Not hidden or judged.
And to every person fighting their way back, please know that there is no shame in starting over, no weakness in asking for help, and no point in your story where it is too late to choose a different ending. We will keep the welcome light on, the door open, and a place waiting for you.
