With the heaviest of hearts, we share that our beloved Rose has passed away.

After weeks of treatment for recurring mastitis, further testing revealed cancer affecting multiple organs. When her condition took a significant turn for the worse, the most compassionate choice was to help her pass peacefully.

Rose gave so much to our Cloverleaf family. She helped clients find confidence, connection, and joy, and she held a special place in the hearts of the staff and volunteers who cared for her. Each person who rode, groomed, or spent time with her carries a piece of her story.

We wish we had more time with her. The barn will feel different without Rose, and we will miss her more than words can express.

We invite you to leave a favorite memory or photo of Rose in the comments. Thank you for loving her and for supporting our Cloverleaf family through this difficult goodbye.

Rest peacefully, sweet Rose. You were so loved.

🎃🐴 Trick or Trot on the Farm is coming to Cloverleaf!

Join us on Saturday, October 24, from 12:30–3:30 PM for a family-friendly Halloween adventure! Follow our Trick or Trot Treat Trail, visit horse- and farm-themed stations, enjoy treats and trivia, and meet some of Cloverleaf’s horses along the way. Costumes are encouraged!

📅 Saturday, October 24 | 12:30–3:30 PM
🎟️ $15 per person
📍 Cloverleaf Equine Center | Clifton, VA

Advance registration is required. When registering, you’ll select an arrival time. Plan for about 30–45 minutes to enjoy the activities.

All proceeds support Cloverleaf’s programs.

What a day! Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Polo Classic such a memorable celebration of the 20th Anniversary of this event.
