There's something so wonderful about picking out a gift your child will LOVE for their birthday.

At Laura's Home, we have a room filled with brand-new toys (all donated by amazing supporters!) for the children we serve. Around each child's birthday, their mom gets to "shop" for gifts she knows her child will enjoy. We're grateful for the opportunity to offer our moms the joy of choosing presents — it makes birthdays even more special for moms and kids alike!

We also have parties every month for the children celebrating their big day with us! 🎉 Staff members and volunteers decorate a room for each birthday child, with fun activities, crafts and treats. What an honor it is to celebrate these precious children of God!

Our Lunch & Learn for World Homeless Day is about to begin! We’re so grateful for everyone attending today to learn more about homelessness and how we can create positive change in our communities.

God's love compels us every day to serve others.

What a blessing to hear this story of transformation and how God moved in powerful ways, bringing him to the doors of Crossroads.

As he prepares for a new chapter and a place to call home, we were grateful to celebrate all that Jesus has done, pray over his future, and give thanks for God's faithfulness every step of the way.

One moment that especially stayed with us was when he shared:

"One day I will be on staff here. I love this place."

From a heartfelt prayer to an embrace with staff who walked alongside him, this was a beautiful reminder of the hope, healing, and transformation that are possible through Christ.

We praise God for all He has done and look forward to all He will continue to do in the days ahead. ❤️

Today, our Laura’s Home family was blessed with a very special lunch. ❤️

Every woman, mother and child who calls Laura’s Home home, along with our entire staff, enjoyed a pizza party thanks to Slice Shop! 🍕

For families walking through difficult seasons, moments like this matter. A shared meal around the table brings joy, reminds us that we are cared for and creates a little space to simply enjoy being together.

We are so grateful for the generosity and love that continues to surround our Laura’s Home family.

Every day at Crossroads, the men faithfully attend morning chapel to start their day with time in God's Word.

A recent time of worship and study focused on James 1:2-3, which says, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance."

Bibles were out, heads were nodding and shouts of "Amen!" could be heard throughout chapel time. It's so wonderful to see the men we serve growing in fellowship!
