🎉The Claremont Police Foundation is incredibly proud to announce our very first Youth Scholarship recipient, Joel Moreno!

🎓✨A segment of our mission is supporting the dedicated youth who volunteer or work within our department by encouraging their continued education. This year, we launched a brand-new scholarship program specifically for our Police Explorers and Police Aides—and Joel is paving the way. Joel is a Claremont resident who has served our community as a Police Aide for the past two years. He is now taking a massive step forward by pursuing a degree at UC Davis. His ultimate goal? To build a career dedicated to serving others, making a lasting difference in people's lives, and coming back to serve his hometown as a future Claremont Police Officer.

Thank you City Council for joining in on the presentation!!

Tonight, from 4pm-7pm, Bert & Rocky's (242 N. Yale Ave.) will be donating at least 10% of all its sales to the Claremont Police Foundation!! The proceeds will go right back to our community to include supporting the Police Department's Youth Explorer Program.

This year, thanks to all our supporters, the Police Foundation has been able to initiate a Scholarship Program for the CPD Youth Explorers who are attending college. Its our way, on behalf of our community, of showing the Youth Explorers that we appreciate their volunteer hours at the PD and support their future endeavors.
