💜 Celebrating the Heart of Caregiving💜

November is National Family Caregiver Month, and Passages wants to celebrate the incredible people who show up, care, support, and make a difference every day. 💜

We’re looking for Family Caregiver Ambassadors to share their stories, wisdom, personality, and caregiving experiences through a special series of Facebook spotlights throughout November.

✨ Who can be a Family Caregiver Ambassador?
We welcome nominations for current or past caregivers supported by Passages, including:

• Caregivers age 18+
• Caregivers from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Caregivers who live in Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Lassen, Modoc, or Trinity counties
• Family members, friends, or loved ones who have provided care

You can nominate yourself or be nominated by a relative, friend, neighbor, professional, or Passages staff.

💬 Share your story. Share your wisdom. Share what caregiving has taught you. Your experience may inspire someone who is just beginning their caregiving journey and help other families know they are not alone.

📅 Submission Deadline: September 30, 2026
