Looking for a high-quality early childhood program for your little one? Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is now open at Christopher House!

We offer Early Head Start, Head Start, Child Care, and Pre-K programs for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years at our Uptown (773-769-4540) and Belmont-Cragin (773-922-7500) locations. Full-day and partial-day options are available, with reduced-cost or no-cost services for eligible families.

Once Upon a Book Fair was a storybook success at Christopher House! Last month, our halls were filled with excitement as scholars explored new stories, discovered favorite characters, and built their home libraries through the joy of reading.

Last week, we celebrated the incredible teachers and staff who make Christopher House such a joyful, supportive, and inspiring place to learn and grow every day!

From popcorn treats and a taco lunch to succulent decorating, bagels, and an ice cream social, it was a week full of gratitude, creativity, and connection — all in honor of the educators and team members who give so much to our scholars and families.
