Wednesday and Thursday were all about TEAM BUILDING! 🤝

Our scholars completed an assessment to discover the roles they naturally play when working with others. They also participated in the Marshmallow Challenge, working together to build a freestanding tower.

These activities encouraged communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving while helping our scholars better understand the importance of teamwork.

Building skills, strengthening relationships, and developing future leaders! 💪🏾

With all the rain today, I was pleasantly surprised to see a room full of our ASM participants! 🙌🏾

During BINGO, I challenged them to step outside of their usual social groups, meet someone new, and build new connections.

We also had a great conversation about discovering our gifts: Do your gifts come from your HEAD 🧠, your HEART ❤️, or your HANDS 🙌🏾?

We wrapped things up with some fun team-building activities. A great day of connecting, learning, and growing together! 💪🏾
