It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Mr. Nuchhe Lal Tuladhar, the beloved father of Newa American Dabu’s life member and Vice President Executive Member, Mr. Sushil Tuladhar, and father-in-law of Dr. Junu Tuladhar.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire Tuladhar family and loved ones. We pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace and for strength, comfort, and courage for the family to endure this profound loss.

May his memories remain a source of inspiration and blessing to all who knew him.

On behalf of the Newa American Dabu (NAD) and our community members in the United States, we wish to express our profound sorrow upon hearing of the passing of Mr. Suresh Kiran Manandhar.

Suresh Kiran was not only a distinguished member of the Language Commission of Nepal but a vital heartbeat of our literary and journalistic heritage. His dedication to the Nepalbhasa and Nepali languages served as an inspiration to the diaspora, reminding us of the power of our roots and the beauty of our mother tongue.

The loss of such a senior writer and advocate is felt deeply across oceans. Please accept our sincerest sympathies during this time of immense grief. We hope you find comfort in the incredible legacy he left behind—a legacy of integrity, scholarship, and poetic beauty that will continue to guide future generations.

Dear NAD Patrons, Life Members, and Community Members,
Jwajalapa,

We, at Newa American Dabu (NAD), are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Mrs. Ratna Devi Tuladhar, beloved mother of NAD Life Member Mr. Sarbagya Dhar Tuladhar and mother-in-law of NAD Life Member Dr. Junoo Kamal Tuladhar.

Mrs. Tuladhar passed away peacefully in Kathmandu, Nepal, on Thursday, October 16th, 2025, at the age of 90 years.

She is survived by her sons, daughters-in-law, daughters and grandchildren, who will always remember her for her warmth, kindness, and wisdom.

We extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Tuladhar family during this time of immense sorrow.
May the departed soul of Mrs. Ratna Devi Tuladhar rest in eternal peace and attain heavenly abode.
Our prayers and thoughts remain with the family in their time of grief.
