In collaboration with Alderman Walter Redmond Burnett (27th Ward), the West Central Association will host a virtual community webinar to review and discuss the proposed development at 167 N Morgan St.

The developer will present the plans and answer questions about the project.

Saturday was a big day in West Town! 🎉

WCA was proud to celebrate the official ribbon cutting for Chicago Bocce Club, a new year-round home for bocce, community, and connection right here on Paulina Street.

We were thrilled to be joined by Mayor Brandon Johnson and Alderman Walter Redmond Burnett to welcome Chicago Bocce Club to the neighborhood and roll a few bocce balls along the way!

And bocce is only the beginning. Chicago Bocce Club already has a full calendar of fun programming, including Monday Mahjong, Wine Down Wednesday, yoga and mobility classes, league nights, euchre, and more.

Congratulations to the entire Chicago Bocce Club team! We’re excited to have you in West Town and can’t wait to see the community you continue to build. 🧡

Such a great afternoon yesterday at National Night Out 2026, hosted by Chicago’s 12th District at Union Park!
