Resilience is a collective effort. When we choose compassion, offer mutual aid, and walk alongside our neighbors, we cultivate a deeper, long-lasting spiritual strength across our entire community. We are honored to be a space where support flows freely and no one walks alone.

Tell us in the comments: How has your community lifted you up recently?

"For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." — Jeremiah 30:17

Healing is rarely a straight line. Whether you are dealing with physical strain, emotional burnout, or personal loss, restoration takes time and intentional rest.

Give yourself permission to pause today.

What is one practical boundary or habit helping you protect your peace this week?

Navigating loss, chronic illness, or a heavy life transition is exhausting. If you’re carrying a heavy heart today, please remember: you don't have to have it all figured out.

A Few Soft Reminders

Rest is necessary: Processing deep change takes physical energy. Slowing down is self-care, not failure.
Feel without judgment: Sadness, anger, exhaustion, and moments of peace can all coexist. Whatever surfaces is valid.
Take it one hour at a time: You don't have to solve tomorrow today.

Gentle Resources

GriefShare: Support groups for navigating loss (griefshare.org)
988 Lifeline: Free, confidential 24/7 support (call or text)
The Dougy Center: Guidance for individuals and families processing grief (dougy.org)

Be extra kind to yourself today. Take what you need and leave the rest.

Faithful service often happens far beyond the pulpit. To every chaplain and spiritual caregiver quietly serving in our hospitals and local congregations: thank you. You carry hope into heavy spaces, bring comfort in times of crisis, and stand in the gap when it’s needed most.

Your labor is never in vain, and our community is deeply grateful for you.
