We’re so proud of Bianca Allen, BUILD Victim Services Coordinator, who recently received the Frontline Excellence Award from Chicago Mayor's Office, Brandon Johnson, at the Prevention, Intervention and Healing Ceremony!
This award recognizes staff and outreach workers who go above and beyond in crisis response, intervention, and victim services. Bianca’s dedication to supporting individuals and families in our community truly embodies that commitment.

Last night, BUILD CEO Bradly Johnson and members of our leadership team met with members of the BUILD community on Chicago’s North Side for an evening of conversation and connection.

Over dinner, Bradly and our team shared updates on the work happening across BUILD and the impact we’re making alongside young people and families. We’re grateful for a community of supporters across Chicago who believe in our mission and continue to be part of the BUILD family. 💜
