Independence Park Advisory Council (IPAC) is a voluntary group of individuals who are the community voice for our park and who help fund improvements, create programming and host special events for our neighborhood gem. Founded in 1989, the Independence Park Advisory Council (IPAC) is an organization of civic minded neighborhood volunteers that has helped raise over $320,000 in contributions and grants in support of park improvement.
