hroughout the United States aged eight to eighteen to the available career opportunities in the field of aviation. Our STEM-based programs are designed to enhance self-esteem, multicultural awareness, and entrepreneurship by utilizing educational workshops geared around aviation principles while exposing students to the latest technologies available through hands-on activities. We strive to expose our students to careers that they would not consider by working with each student to stimulate a brighter future through aviation education, empowering their social entrepreneurship skills all while increasing their self-esteem. Second Graders heard from author, educator, and STEM advocate Gigi Coleman, niece of trailblazer Bessie Coleman, the first African American to earn an international pilot’s license. She spoke to students about starting her own business and starting a foundation to honor and embrace her aunt’s legacy while encouraging aspiring aviators and others.

Good afternoon, Hodson families! We are honored to host GiGi Coleman (Bessie Coleman's great niece) and guests from the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics next Thursday. We received a generous grant that funds a school-wide assembly and specialized STEM supplies for every grade level. A huge thank you to Dr. Farabough for writing this grant and helping us connect our students to the thriving aerospace industry right here in our community! Please join us next Thursday evening for a fun hands-on learning event.
