On Monday, May 18, 2026 • 6PM CT/7PM ET/4PM PT, we explore "Walking and Working for Reparations!"

Taking part in this conversation are our guests are Rev. Dr. Robert Turner, pastor of Empowerment Temple in Baltimore, Maryland, and Robin Rue Simmons, founder and executive director of FirstRepair in Evanston, IL.

Since becoming pastor in 2021, Dr. Turner has walked from Baltimore to the White House for reparations. Ms. Simmons' FirstRepair, a not-for-profit organization, works nationally to educate and equip leaders, stakeholders and allies who are advancing local reparations policy. To date, $20 million has been committed to reparations by the City of Evanston.
