We absolutely love this post by The School of Greatness of Dr. Gabor Maté explaining what addiction is. Knowing you are not cursed by a disease nor limited by one allows one to have hope and further understand why.

ESEO Foundation is here to help you with trauma-informed awareness and understanding and helping you find your identity not in the world but in Christ, your creator.

”…I have never spoken about my life experiences with drugs and alcohol to a large audience before… it was truly therapeutic and empowering.
…If I could save one person from going down the same road as me, it makes it worth it.
Being a close friend to Dylan, I know he would be proud… He was a ray of sunshine and I believe in the ESEO Foundation. Thank you for making me feel seen and heard.”

To every father who shows up — today is for you. 🌿

Fatherhood is one of the first places we learn about love, safety, and healing. Or where those wounds begin.
Today we honor the fathers who choose to break the cycle — and the ones still finding their way.

Healing starts at the root. For all of us.

Happy Father’s Day. ✝️

This is where I reset. 🌿

Nature. Quiet. And a whole lot of Jesus. 🙏🏼

Running a nonprofit focused on trauma awareness means I have to do my own work too.

Because unhealed trauma doesn’t care how busy you are.
The ESEO Foundation exists for everyone who’s ever felt stuck and couldn’t figure out why.
We’re building a bridge to the resources that can change that.

70% of adults have experienced at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. Yet trauma is rarely the first thing addressed when someone seeks help for addiction, anxiety or depression.

We treat the smoke, not the fire. ESEO Foundation exists to change that - connecting people with trauma awareness resources that get to the root.

If you believe in addressing the cause, not just the symptoms -we’d love your support.

If you’ve ever felt stuck — like no matter what you try, nothing seems to change — there’s a reason for that. And it’s probably not what you think.
Most people are treating the symptoms. The anxiety, the addiction, the broken relationships. But underneath all of it, for so many people, is unhealed trauma. And nobody ever told them that.
My name is Eugenia, and I’m the founder of the ESEO Foundation. Today we launched our new website — and it exists for one reason: to be a conduit. To connect people with the resources, the information, and the awareness they need to finally start healing at the root.
If this resonates with you, or you know someone who needs to hear this — visit us at eseofoundation.org. DONATE and sponsor someone’s healing journey. SHARE it. That one share might be the thing that changes someone’s life.

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! I am so glad you are here.
