SIRIUS about ACCEPTANCE is committed to fostering acceptance and inclusion while educating the community about autism and special needs. Through advocacy, resources, and outreach we empower children and families impacted by special needs

by providing access to essential services, activities, transportation, and daily necessities. Our mission is to ensure that every individual regardless of ability, has the opportunity to thrive and be embraced for who they are.

We may have a little drizzle this morning, but the forecast is looking much better as the day goes on, and we can’t wait to spend the day with this amazing community.

As I finish up the last-minute details tonight, my heart is full.

Three years ago, this walk began because of one little boy who changed my life forever.

What started as a dream has become a community coming together to celebrate acceptance, inclusion, and advocacy for individuals and families impacted by special needs.

I am so incredibly grateful to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, business, community partner, friend, and family member who has helped make this possible.

Tomorrow, all of your support will help benefit PATH CT and the incredible advocacy services they provide to families throughout Connecticut.

Thank you for believing in this mission.

The weather is looking beautiful, our raffle section is bigger than ever, and we can’t wait to see everyone.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time! Registration is still open, but shirts are becoming very limited as we get closer to the event.

and Rogers Orchards
for their generosity and support 👏💙

This little walk inspired by Sirius has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Between the community support, local businesses, raffle donations, radio, and now TV coverage this week… I’m honestly just feeling incredibly grateful.

Look out for us on Channel 8’s “8 Things To Do”:
