Follow along and join the conversation on social media as each weekly theme explores a dimension of well-being and provides inspiration and tools to help you reach your wellness goals. Participants who register will receive a free wellness journal to track their achievements during the campaign!

You're invited Tuesday, March 10 at Stockbridge Jr/Sr High School for Screenagers Next Chapter, a film about supporting youth mental health in today's social media and digital world.

🍕Doors open & free pizza: 5:30-6 PM
🎬Movie: 6-7 PM (brief discussion and resource sharing to follow)
🎟️No cost to attend.

This event is for parents, caregivers, grandparents, school staff, coaches, faith leaders, and other adults with youth in their lives. Students ages 10+ are welcome.
