Our upcoming Train-the-Trainer Volunteer Certification is open to all current RiseUP volunteers as well as individuals interested in learning more about serving with our organization.

This training will cover topics like youth engagement, facilitation skills, emotional safety, co-facilitation, cultural awareness, and more—all designed to help equip volunteers to confidently support and lead within RiseUP workshops and programs.

Over the last five years, RiseUP has had the honor of serving more than 5,000 individuals and partnering with 80+ schools, nonprofits, and organizations across our community. 💙

What started as a simple vision has grown into hundreds of free life and leadership workshops focused on helping teens and young adults build confidence, develop real-world skills, and feel supported as they navigate life.

We’re incredibly grateful for every partner, volunteer, presenter, donor, and participant who has been part of this journey.

Volunteer Spotlight 🌟

A huge thank you to Juanita Wade for the many ways she serves and leads within RiseUP. In addition to being a member of our Board of Directors, Juanita serves as Board Secretary, Chair of the Governance Committee, and Adventure Trek Event Chair.

She also volunteers her time helping lead workshops and invest directly into the young people we serve.

From leadership and planning behind the scenes to showing up and engaging with participants face-to-face, Juanita plays such an important role in helping RiseUP continue to grow and make an impact in our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for her heart, dedication, and willingness to serve.

We are excited to announce that Dress for Success Chattanooga is partnering with The Momentum Network this summer to launch an empowering 6-session leadership cohort designed to equip, empower, and elevate emerging women leaders!

This intentional experience will help participants:

✔️ Navigate the workplace with clarity and purpose
