What a fantastic turnout for our Youth Game Night! Thank you to everyone who showed up and brought their competitive spirit.

Please note that we will not have our regular Wednesday night events next week, October 14, due to Fall Break. Enjoy the time off with your families, stay safe if you are traveling, and we will see you all when we resume the following week!

🚨BIG WEDNESDAY IS BACK, PEOPLE! 🚨

And apparently we decided to kick it off with a PICnic Scavenger Hunt because why ease into things when you can immediately unleash a bunch of teenagers with a list of ridiculous things to find?! 😂🧺

Tonight was an ABSOLUTE HIT! 🙌 From the competitive ones who took the scavenger hunt way too seriously… to the ones who were just happy to be along for the chaos… to the personalities that make us laugh until our sides hurt—we wouldn’t change a single one of them! ❤️

We love having such a WIDE range of personalities in this group. They are funny, loud, creative, competitive, goofy, sweet, unpredictable, and occasionally questionable decision-makers. 😂 And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

These kids are something special, and we are so thankful we get to watch them grow, learn, laugh, serve, worship, and just be themselves.

BIG Wednesday is officially BACK! 🎉
And if tonight is any indication… y’all better buckle up. 😜

Today’s Bible study was all about CHOICES—choosing what honors God and advances His Kingdom versus choosing the ways of the world. We talked about how every day we’re given opportunities to decide who we’re going to follow and what we’re going to live for.

We’re also excited to share an update about our new Young Men’s Group, led by Mr. Tim which started today! Please be praying that God uses this group to build stronger friendships, grow these young men in their faith, and really encourage them to become godly leaders.

And of course… we had to start things off with a little Snake Tag! 😂🐍 Check out the video for some of today’s shenanigans!

The choices we make today can shape the men and women we become tomorrow. Let’s choose God’s Kingdom! ❤️

What a trip! 🎉 Four unforgettable days in Helen are officially in the books, and somehow we all survived... even the church van. 😂

Between the karaoke performances that should probably never see the light of day, the messy games that had us laughing and gagging at the same time 🤢🤣, and all the adventures in between, this trip has hopefully given us memories we'll be talking about for years.

But the greatest part wasn't the mountains, the food, or even the chaos—it was simply being together. Tim and I are SO blessed to have been given such an opportunity to serve and do so for such an amazing group of kids! Spending time with those that bless your heart (even when they test your patience 😵‍💫) is one of God's greatest gifts. ❤️

So, here's to the laughter, the inside jokes, the new experiences, and the friendships that make every trip worth taking. Already looking forward to the next adventure! 🙌

The countdown to youth retreat is ON! 🙌🎉

We’re excited for the worship, the fellowship, the growing closer to God… and, of course, the absolute shenanigans that are sure to happen somewhere in between. 😂

There will be laughter, questionable amounts of snacks, late-night conversations, inside jokes, probably some sleep deprivation, and memories that will be talked about for years to come. 😅

We can’t wait to see what this group gets into! Pray for the leaders, pray for the kids, and maybe just pray for everyone’s sleep schedule while you’re at it. 😂🙌

There is something incredibly powerful about looking around a youth group room and seeing open Bibles and open hearts.

We are four (4) weeks into our study of Luke, and these kids aren't just learning stories or gaining head knowledge about who God is—they're discovering what His Word says about the relationship He desires to have with them. They're asking questions, searching for truth, and beginning to understand that faith is personal.

Watching young people learn to lay down their fears, struggles, questions, and dreams before the Lord is one of the greatest privileges. The more they open His Word, the more they see that God isn't asking for perfection; He's asking for their hearts.

And when they make a decision to choose to surrender it all to Him, they discover that His plans, His love, and His presence are far greater than anything this world can offer.

Open Bibles. Open hearts. Lives being transformed by the truth of God's Word.

VBS 2026 is officially in the books! 🎉

My voice is a little tired, my feet are definitely tired, and I may never get all the cow fur (iykyk) out of everything... but my heart is completely full. ❤️

This week was filled with laughter, singing, crafts, games, endless energy, and so many opportunities to share the love of Christ. Watching these kids learn, grow, worship, and build friendships has been such a blessing.

There's something incredible about seeing the next generation discover who God is and how much He loves them. Those moments make every long day, every silly song stuck in your head, and every ounce of exhaustion worth it.

So while I'm definitely glad VBS is over and looking forward to a little more calm, I'm even more grateful for every volunteer, every child, every laugh, and every memory made this week.

Until next year... rest up, everyone!
