Old Town Cornelius - OTC ✨ Building a vibrant, connected, and creative downtown in Cornelius, NC through events, public art, placemaking, and community partnerships.

The Old Town Cornelius (OTC) area is becoming a hub for a vibrant and flourishing arts scene just outside of Charlotte, NC. It is a destination for culture of all kinds: from boutique stores and bottle shops, to farm-to-fork restaurants, popular local breweries, live music venues, area history and outdoor greenways & parks. The Old Town Cornelius (OTC) Inc organization is now a 501c3. OTC members

live and work in Cornelius. They plan to develop programs and activities to further enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. One function is hosting Community Forum Meetings open to residents and businesses to informally discuss important issues with representatives of the Town of Cornelius. Other OTC areas of interest for upcoming programs and projects will be arts and culture including LKN Creatives, history, healthy lifestyle, OTC kids amd collaborations with other businesses and non-profits. Tomorrow we kick off the very first “Between the Stacks” Tiny Record Shop Concert 🎶

Join us Saturday from 1–2 PM at Old Town Vinyl as plays an unplugged set.

It’s St. Patrick’s Day weekend and our fun meters are officially in the red for this one. ☘️

✨ “Between the Stacks” ✨ is an intimate concert series from Old Town Cornelius x Old Town Vinyl, bringing live local music right into the record shop.

Join us every 2nd Saturday as we spotlight incredible local musicians right in the middle of the record shop. Browse the stacks, discover new records, and catch a live unplugged set.

What started as open mic nights, art crawls, and a whole lot of belief in downtown has grown into something bigger.

Old Town Cornelius was just featured in Cornelius Today and it’s such a proud moment to see the momentum building as we officially step into this next chapter as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — focused on arts, culture, business, and community development in downtown Cornelius.

We’ve always believed in what Old Town could be.
