The Beaux Affair The Charleston Youth Leadership Council, Inc. Beaux Affair 'Rites of Passage' program is a leadership and mentoring program for H.S. junior and senior males.

Originally founded by the Jack and Jill of America, Charleston Chapter. The Beaux Affair Program is a 9-month leadership mentoring program that assists HS junior and senior males in their journey from male-hood to manhood.
