We heard you: our residents had questions and concerns around available waterfront parking following the presentation from East West Partners around the development of the gravel lot parcel.
To help identify the scope and scale of the issue, we inventoried available parking on River Landing Drive beginning at the intersection of Seven Farms up to the waterfront, including street parking and publicly available lots. We collected parking data during various days and times throughout the week and during waterfront events. The results of the parking data survey are available on the DINA website at the following link: https://dineighborhood.org/additional-documents
This data gathering is a starting point for us to engage stakeholders and to open dialogue on possible solutions. We’ll talk through these results at our next DINA meeting on 9/9/26 where we are looking forward to hearing more from our residents!
