What an amazing Saturday! I had the pleasure to spend time with fellow combat vet Alex Peralta; Alex is the founder and owner of Dogs for Veterans Foundation, and he put on an amazing fund raising event at Edward Garrison Park in Chaplin CT yesterday! If you are a local veteran struggling on any level, you have two amazing organizations with resources right here in the Windham area. The sky is the limit with Dogs for Veterans Foundation and Project Chaos MMA joining forces!!! Much love Alex!!!

This post is the reason I've been off the mats for the past week. Project Chaos MMA went straight from filming a docu -series, to storm clean up!! When it comes to friends and family in need, we will always be the first on the scene. Our part of Connecticut was hit hard by the recent Nor Easter, but we were able to take time off from the gym to grind in another way!!!! Thank you Brandon DeGrasse Phouangphiarith, a Providence Fire Fighter who worked a 48hr shift and still showed up to grind!!! We are excited to get you on the mats bro and start your martial arts journey with us at Secret Pages Martial Arts and Fitness!!!!!

🎥 WHEN YOUR STORY BECOMES SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOU…

Yesterday was a pretty incredible moment for Project Chaos MMA.

Our founder, Dan Kraemer, found himself on the other side of the camera—sharing his story as part of an upcoming documentary. 🎬

A story about service. Combat. PTSD. Addiction. Survival. Healing. And ultimately, finding a new mission when the old one was over.

Project Chaos was born from Dan’s own fight to find his way forward. What started as one veteran searching for an outlet has grown into a mission to help other veterans discover the camaraderie, purpose, discipline, and brotherhood that martial arts can provide.

And none of this happens alone. 💪🇺🇸

A HUGE shoutout to KTA/Karasu Tengu Academy for opening your beautiful facility for us and, as always our Project Chaos family! Much love to Coach Rich St. Pierre and the FlowState Fighting & FlowState Fighting and Fitness for being part of this journey and for continuing to stand behind the mission. The gyms, coaches, fighters, and training partners who open their doors and welcome our veterans into their family are what make Project Chaos possible.

This is bigger than fighting. This is about giving people a place to belong again. 🥊❤️

Seeing Dan’s journey being captured on film is something we don’t take lightly.

Because Dan’s story is his own—but the struggles behind it belong to far too many veterans.

If sharing the hard parts helps even ONE veteran realize there’s another round left in them, then it’s worth telling.

We can’t share too much just yet… 👀🎥
But trust us—you’re going to want to stay tuned.

This is Project Chaos.
Calm in the Chaos. Keep Fighting.

Huge thank you to Dan from project_chaos_mma for including me in another adventure to New Hampshire to assist in a really special project. Dan got chosen to be in a documentary, filmed by the VA about how he uses martial arts training to deal with his PTSD and helps other Veterans do the same. Just being able to support Dan in this project and helping him shine in the spotlight (which he does naturally) was an awesome experience that I would do any time he asked. Dan was a good sport getting all dressed up for the interviews and I even shared a couple embarrassing photos of him in the group chat 😅 but when all is said and done it was great to just spend a day traveling and chilling with a real homie. That’s what the gym does for us at the end of the day. Wether we use the intensity of our training to calm “the scaries” (what we playfully call PTSD) or we break the monotony of life with the camaraderie we find on the mats, it’s about MUCH more than fighting for most of us. Martial arts is an avenue to wellness and recovery and a chance to express that on a big stage is an opportunity to use my talents to do good in this world. I’ll take every opportunity I can to do that.

Also a quick shoutout and another big thank you to Walter from Karasu Tengu Academy for hosting our video shoot. Be on the lookout for some collaborations down the road 🤫 Walter is a real one and we would love the opportunity to work together in the future 🙏

💪🔥 PUTTING IN THE WORK! 🔥💪

Project Chaos MMA powerlifter AND team grappler Alex Carr is putting in the work at Titanium Strength-Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Training Center in Vernon, CT! 🏋️‍♂️🥋

The 2026 USA Powerlifting Northeast Finials are FAST approaching, and Alex is staying locked in—training hard, getting stronger, and getting ready to represent PROJECT CHAOS MMA on the platform! 🇺🇸💪

But that’s not all happening this week…

👀 BE SURE TO CHECK BACK LATER THIS WEEK for the latest training tip from Dr. William J. Kraemer!

That’s right—NSCAs own Dr. William Kraemer is Project Chaos MMA’s very own in house Sport Science expert. Binging decades of knowledge in strength, conditioning, performance, and human physiology to our team. 🧠💪

At Project Chaos, it’s about more than training.

🇺🇸 PURPOSE. STRENGTH. CAMARADERIE. HEALING.

One rep. One round. One battle at a time.

🇺🇸🥊💪
