This is a reminder that the HOA has approved a garage sale has been approved for Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 7am - Noon. Signs will be placed on a couple of the main roads leading to Lakeside at Ballentine (LAB) Community. Any LAB resident that would like to participate may attach balloons, streamers, or some other easily identify items to their mailbox posts. No signs or any other items are allowed to be taped or attached to any LAB street signs, lamp posts, or stop signs.

Many are putting the bags in gallon Ziplocks due to the rain. If you can’t do that, just place your white paper bag - it would last a little while but the LED should last a while. Kids will collect bags/lights tomorrow. Merry Christmas!
