Today’s B3 Clubhouse adventure was, by popular request, a trip to Extraordinary Thrift Store 🤍 & it was so special to run into B3 member, Andre working hard along with his job coach, Ke!👏 We of course utilized Chapel Hill Transit to and from!

In this week’s session of B3’s Navigating the Digital World program, we explored our relationship with technology— from setting healthy boundaries around screen time and communication to weighing the benefits and challenges of AI. 🤖

We also practiced thinking critically about what they see online, including how to spot AI-generated images and information.

B3 members are building the skills to navigate our digital world with intention and confidence. 💛

Today, B3 co-founder Greg had the opportunity to return to his alma mater, UNC-Chapel Hill Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, to lead a B3 disability allyship training for UNC Division of OSOT!

The session explored mindset shifts and disability- and neurodiversity-affirming practices, while giving students the opportunity to engage with activities from B3’s Life Skills programs. Students put on their critical-thinking hats to assess these activities through the lenses of universal design, cultural humility, and self-determination. 🙌

We’re grateful for the opportunity to share B3’s work with future occupational therapy professionals and to help build a more inclusive, accessible world together 🌟
