June 1st is Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day, a time to shed light on a form of psychological harm that is often invisible but deeply damaging.
It’s important to understand that not every abuser is a narcissist, but every narcissist is an abuser. Their patterns of manipulation, gaslighting, control, and emotional exploitation leave long‑lasting wounds that many Survivors struggle to name.
Raising awareness helps Survivors feel seen, reduces stigma, and encourages people to recognize the signs of toxic behavior early. Healing begins with knowledge, boundaries, and support.
If you or someone you know has experienced narcissistic abuse, you’re not alone. Your story matters, and recovery is possible.
