💖 Heart of Valley Bloom 💖

It is with so much gratitude and pleasure that we give a massive shoutout to our new Treasurer, Carol Best! 👏 🎉 While she previously served as our VP of Strategic Planning, Carol continues to bring her incredible leadership, heart, and dedication to our board. 🌟

Carol provides invaluable insight and commitment to our Scholarship Committee 🎓, special fundraising events 🎉, student dressings 👕👚, and so many of our outreach programs!

As a career educator 📚, Carol believes deeply in helping students persist toward their educational and career goals. She has seen firsthand how education can transform lives and significantly improve the financial situation of entire families! ✨

Carol feels that Valley Bloom perfectly reflects her core values. 🩷 She loves our history of supporting these exact educational goals--from offering scholarships, clothing, and basic necessities 🎒👖👟🧦, to providing opportunities for students to participate in academics and activities where they can truly thrive! ⭐

When asked about her journey with us, Carol shared that she has been constantly inspired by the bright, enthusiastic, and generous women she works alongside at Valley Bloom! 🌷🩷 She has loved learning new skills as an active participant in running a nonprofit! 💪

In Carol's words: "At the end of the day, all of us in Valley Bloom can say we work to make a difference - that is the legacy of all of us." ✨

Thank you, Carol, for reminding us of the power of community and heart! We are so lucky to have you leading the way in our Valley Bloom family! 🌷🌷🌷

ELVIS was in the Building!! 🕺👑

Our Adult Enrichment committee had the absolute best time hosting an unforgettable Elvis-themed celebration for the amazing participants at AllThrive365 in Tempe!

Supporting adult daycare programs is near and dear to our hearts, and this event was filled with nonstop smiles and rock 'n' roll spirit. 🎙🩷

Here's how we celebrated The King:

🍌Enjoyed classic peanut butter & banana sandwich snacks
🎨 Got creative decorating retro 45 RPM records
🧩 Tackled Elvis word search puzzles
🎶 Danced the day away to timeless Elvis hits
📸 Posed for photos with one of our own members dressed up as The King or our Elvis cutout!

A massive thank you to the staff and attendees at AllThrive 365 for letting Valley Bloom share in such a joyful, music-filled day! 🎶 🩷💚
