Hey TCT peeps! A friend approached me with an opportunity to make some money for the booster club at Maple Grove Days (yes short notice)

She will donate $200 to our Booster amd what they need is people to work the Silent Disco & Roller Skating handing out and wiping off the headsets.

Tomorrow, Saturdayday from 5 - 9:30pm.

4 people. I will do it so just need 3 more. If you can't do the whole time but can do 5 - 7:30 or 7:30 - 9:30 that would work too!

Summer practices are underway, and the girls are settling into new teams — building trust, learning new skills, and finding their rhythm together. They're putting themselves out there in new ways, and we'd love for our parents to do the same.

🏅 WHAT IS THE BOOSTER CLUB?
The TCT Xcel Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports our gymnasts by expanding opportunities and helping offset costs for families — tuition, meet fees, apparel, team events, coach support, and more.

💰 HAVE A FUNDRAISING BALANCE?
If you have an available balance, you can request funds at any time, or leave them in your account for future use. Checks are issued by request and available for pickup at the gym.

Hey everyone
Sorry for the late notice we are trying to setup a meeting for Tuesday June 16th. This meeting will be for anyone interested in becoming a booster member and for anyone that would like to know more on the booster club. We will host this online and in person.

Important Updates

1. Tomorrow night, 5/5 at 7pm we will be hosting a virtual only booster club meeting. If you haven’t had an opportunity to join one yet, please consider joining. We will provide an overview of the club and discuss upcoming elections. We will save the in-person meeting for July, when elections will take place for the Vice President and Treasurer positions.

2. If you ordered from the Gerten’s Fundraiser, pickup will be at TCT West on Wednesday, 5/6. The time is still TBD, but Gerten’s should be letting us know the exact time window by tomorrow afternoon. We will post on Facebook when we know more details.

Please mark your calendars! The pickup for our Gerten’s fundraiser will take place on the evening of Wednesday, May 6th, 2026. They will be delivering the flowers by 3:30pm. Once unloaded you are able to grab them. I will be at the gym until 8:30pm. If you are unable to grab them I will see if they can be left in the party room. Location will be at TCT west gym Weather permitting outside.
We are thrilled to announce that our gymnasts sold over $4,000 in flowers/plants! These funds will go directly toward their individual accounts. Congratulations to our TCT gymnasts on a fantastic job!
