Important Fundraiser Updates

Our Butter Braid and Pizza fundraiser is coming up, and we wanted to let you know about an important change this year.

In the past, funds raised were credited to individual gymnasts. Because of the Booster Club's non-profit status, this year all proceeds will go into the Booster Club's general fund instead. The majority of the funds will be used to reduce the cost of the end-of-season banquet for all Xcel gymnasts, so every family benefits equally.

Participation is optional, but the more families who take part, the more we can bring down banquet costs for everyone. Even a few orders per family can make a real difference.

Another email with more specifics will be sent out soon.

Hello TCT Families,
The TCT Xcel Booster Club is looking for your help! We are in the process of putting together an amazing Halloween event (Haunted house/ open gym) at the gym for all ages, but we can't do it without our incredible community.
If you are able, we would greatly appreciate your help in fulfilling our event wishlist to make this celebration a huge success.. Hey TCT peeps! A friend approached me with an opportunity to make some money for the booster club at Maple Grove Days (yes short notice)

She will donate $200 to our Booster amd what they need is people to work the Silent Disco & Roller Skating handing out and wiping off the headsets.

Tomorrow, Saturdayday from 5 - 9:30pm.

4 people. I will do it so just need 3 more. If you can't do the whole time but can do 5 - 7:30 or 7:30 - 9:30 that would work too!
