What an inspiring time at Vista Prairie Communities’ annual Leadership Forum!

Leaders from across our communities came together to connect, share ideas, inspire growth, and celebrate the incredible people who bring our mission to life every day.

A highlight was celebrating the accomplishments of our communities and recognizing the team members whose dedication and compassion make a difference.

We also celebrated our Aspire Champion of the Year finalists from across Vista Prairie and proudly announced Kristina H., Activities Assistant at Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates, as our 2026 Aspire Champion of the Year!

Each finalist demonstrates what it means to live Aspire – Life on Purpose, making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, families and fellow team members.

We're honored to share that Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe has been recognized as one of Finance & Commerce's Top Projects of 2025—an honor awarded to just 25 projects across Minnesota.

This recognition celebrates the collaboration, creativity, and dedication that brought Eagle Pointe to life and created a place where older adults can truly live with purpose.

Each year, our Support Office team joins one of our communities for a Day of Service. This year we were excited to collaborate with Vista Prairie at Red Cedar Canyon.

Together, team members from Red Cedar Canyon and the Support Office spent the day enhancing the campus grounds—removing weeds, trimming and clearing brush, and refreshing shared outdoor spaces. The group also worked side by side on projects like staining planter boxes, adding thoughtful touches to the environment residents enjoy every day.

More than the work completed, the day was an opportunity to strengthen relationships and make a positive impact for residents and team members. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support one another while helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
