New Life Thrift Shop will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. Our store will reopen on Tuesday, September 8 at 9am and the Donation Center will reopen on Wednesday, September 8 at 10am. Have a blessed Labor Day weekend.

Don't worry, we're not skipping holidays. Fall and Thanksgiving are also featured.

A new restock of recycled, handmade rugs just arrived from the Cumberland Valley Relief Center in Chambersburg!

Check out each work of art handcrafted by volunteers using recycled corduroy, wool or jean fabric. Every unique rug benefits the worldwide work of the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).

Every month a new window is designed and featured items are numbered in our Silent Auction. You can bid through the final posted date of display and the highest bidder wins the auction item.

Silent Auction bids must be placed in person at the store. Buy it Now is not available in the Monthly Window Display Auction.

Do you want to join the New Life Thrift Shop team? We are hiring a part-time Retail Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and flexible scheduling, including some Saturdays. Applications will be accepted through Saturday, September 5, 2026.

Proceeds from New Life Thrift Shop benefit the local ministry of the Cumberland Valley Relief Center and the world-wide work of the Mennonite Central Committee.
