SATURDAY SHOPPING ANNOUNCEMENT

To better serve our community, Saturday shopping hours at Little Daisy’s Closet are reserved for individuals and families who are unable to shop during the regular work week due to work schedules, transportation challenges, or other weekday limitations.

We kindly ask those who are available during weekday hours to help us keep Saturdays open for those with fewer opportunities to visit.

Thank you for helping us serve our community fairly, compassionately, and with respect for everyone’s needs.

Every item given, every hug shared, every family served through Little Daisy's Closet is possible because people like you choose to care. Behind every donation is a child who has clothes for school, a parent who feels relief instead of worry, and a neighbor who is reminded they are not alone.
The need in our community continues to grow, and while our volunteers generously give their time, compassion alone cannot pay the bills that keep our doors open.

Backpacks for Days!
Little Daisy's Closet is on a mission to collect new or gently used backpacks for local kiddos in need. Because let's be real, a backpack is more than just a fancy bag - it's a confidence booster, a hope holder, and a fresh start maker!
Donate a new or gently used backpack today and help a mini human start the school year like a boss! Get your squad or office to start a backpack drive and make it a party! Last year we hooked up over 120 backpacks, so we need YOUR HELP PLEASE..

Visit our booth tomorrow and spin the magic wheel for a prize at the 2026 Summer Fun Fest at Shippensburg Memorial Park, hosted by Boys & Girls Club of Chambersburg and Shippensburg.
Your whole family is invited for a morning packed with fun! Play yard games, get creative with art projects, shop from our kid vendors, connect with local nonprofits, visit the petting zoo, and so much more. There's something for everyone — come ready to make a morning of it!

We are excited to announce that Mike Russo has been appointed as the new Volunteer President of Little Daisy’s Closet, serving as part of our dedicated volunteer Board of Directors. Mike will also continue in his role as interim Treasurer until that position is filled.

In his role as President, Mike will oversee the organization’s daily operations and help lead the development of strategic partnerships that strengthen and expand our impact in the community.
Mike brings a heart for service, a passion for our mission, and a deep commitment to helping families in our community. As Little Daisy’s Closet continues to grow and expand its outreach, we are confident that his leadership—working alongside our volunteer board—will help guide the organization into an exciting new chapter of compassion, hope, and service.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all past leadership, volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners whose faithful support has shaped this ministry into what it is today. Together, we remain committed to serving others with dignity, kindness, and the love of Christ.

As we reflect on all that has been accomplished so far this year, we are filled with gratitude. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our volunteers, and the support of our community, Little Daisy's Closet has been able to provide:
$477,525.00 of NO CHARGE items to our community.
Served 1.689 individuals
Over 1000 hours provided by volunteers

Every person served represents a life touched with compassion, dignity, and hope. None of this would be possible without each of you who give your time, resources, prayers, and encouragement.

Although everyone involved with our mission is volunteer, we still have operating costs such as rent, utilities, insurance etc. Would you please show your love by helping us meet the ever growing demand for our desperately needed services for veterans, seniors, and families?
