🌟 Congratulations to our 2025 Leadership Franklin County Alumni of the Year, Blanca Nizama! 🌟

Blanca exemplifies what it means to lead with heart, compassion, and service. As a Community Health Worker with WellSpan Health, she has impacted more than 1,000 community members by helping individuals and families access care, resources, and support with dignity and cultural understanding.

A proud graduate of the Leadership Franklin County Class of 2023 and longtime Steering Committee member, Blanca’s service extends throughout Franklin County through countless organizations, boards, and volunteer efforts that strengthen our community every day.

One LFC Alumni nominator said it best: “She is a true servant leader—someone who consistently puts others before herself and works tirelessly to make a positive impact.”

The LFC Alumni are honored to recognize Blanca for her outstanding leadership, unwavering service, and incredible impact on our community. Congratulations, Blanca, on this well-deserved recognition! 🎉

🚀 Excitement for the Leadership Franklin County Youth Class of 2027!

🎓 This week, 25 new student leaders came together at Wilson College for orientation and the start of their leadership journey.
✨ Students explored the pillars of the Student Leadership Challenge, completed their True Colors personality assessments, and had meaningful conversations about what makes each of them unique and how different strengths contribute to effective leadership.

🎤 A highlight of the morning was an engaging welcome from Wilson College President Wes Fugate who challenged students to think about leadership, growth, education, and the value of travel and new experiences.

🌟 We are excited to watch this incredible group grow, connect, and lead over the next year!
