Ceres Community Center & Recreation Department Great things are done by a series of small things brought together The Ceres Community Center opened it's doors to the community on June 6, 2009.

This 26,000 sq ft, state of the art building offers each of our citizens an opportunity to enrich their lives through the center's programs, classes, and events. Not only does the center offer traditional recreational classes such as; art, dance, gymnastics and cooking, but patrons may also use our Senior Lounge and Small Rooms. One of the most popular aspects of the Ceres Community Center howeve

r, is it's fantastic rental spaces, perfect for any wedding, anniversary, Quinceanera, board meeting, seminar or special occasion you may need to host. The City of Ceres Recreation Division and Ceres Community Center pride ourselves on creating a place for our community to foster their human development, promote their health and wellness, support their economic development and facilitate community problem solving.

The event will be open people ages 55+ and their caregivers.

Play this classic game while
making new friends!

Loteria -
A traditional game of chance, similar to
bingo. This game consists of 54 cards each
with an image of a popular figure in
Mexican culture, like El Catrin: The
Gentleman, La Dama: The Lady, or images of
fruit or folk art.

🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE 🚧
HATCH ROAD WATER IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Ceres is continuing to invest in critical infrastructure with Phase 3 of the Hatch Road Water Transmission Main Project.

Construction will take place along Hatch Road between Central Avenue and Richland Avenue and is expected to begin within the next couple of weeks. Work is anticipated to be completed by early October 2026.

Motorists should expect lane reductions and traffic delays throughout the duration of the project. Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and avoid the area when possible.

For the safety of workers, residents, and the traveling public, please drive cautiously and obey all posted construction signs and traffic control devices.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve water delivery and reliability for our community.
