Ever curious about group gardening?
Ceres has an active garden club and we're celebrating 30 years! You are invited to the ribbon cutting of our community garden on Saturday September 12th at 9am on the corner of 6th and Magnolia in Ceres (no street address).

Club monthly meetings start in September and go thru June. Meetings are at 10am, 3rd Thursdays at Ceres Community Center. First meeting is coming up on Thursday Sept 17th. Attendance not required to join. There's many opportunities to attend/support the projects and events of Ceres Garden Club. We maintain a community garden! Dues are only $25/year. 💐

Parents mark your calendars for the September Kid Zone at Ceres Community Garden. On Wed. Sept 9th at 6pm a craft session will involve painting plants and critters for the Friendship Wall. (Note new start time at 6).

The garden is on the corner of 6th and Magnolia (no street address). Close toed shoes recommended. $3 donation appreciated. Parents plan to stay 1 hour.

Reminder To Parents! Today at 7pm is the last summer session in the community garden Kids Zone. All youth are welcome! The garden is on the corner of 6th and Magnolia (there is no street address). Close toed shoes recommended. $3 donation appreciated. Parents please plan to stay 1 hour.

Last week the kids learned that sprouting food can be planted and it will multiply. Items such as potatoes, garlic, and onions don't need to be thrown away when they sprout. If planted, they will grow into new sources of food!

Next Wednesday, August 5th, will be the last summer session for Kids Zone at 7pm in Ceres Community Garden at 6th and Magnolia.
The children will get creative and paint pots to grow things in. Beginning Wed. September 9th at 6pm, there will be monthly sessions in the garden. Stay tuned for more details.

All youth are welcome. Parents are asked to plan to stay an hour. $3 donation is appreciated. Close toed shoes are recommended.
