25 years ago Ceres Cub Scouts Pack 132 constructed and buried the Time Capsule for Carroll Fowler Elementary . It was really cool to be apart of the opening with 10 of our current scouts that attend the school now.

It took a community effort to bury the time capsule in the front yard of Carroll Fowler Elementary School in May 2000 and it took a community effort to find its location to unearth it.
