Guess what y’all? The pools are open!
Just a few friendly reminders:
- Although it’s a community pool, treat it as if it’s your own… keep it clean, safe and fun for all!
- Respect and appreciate others there with you, after all we’re all neighbors.
- Parents, PLEASE be mindful of your children.
- Currently the slide at the activity pool is closed. DO NOT climb up or on the slide. The Board is working to get it up and running ASAP.
- Obey the posted rules!
- Finally, have fun and be safe!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our Easter event this past Saturday 🐣🐰! Despite the rain forecast that caused us to shift our event schedule, we loved seeing so many families meeting the Easter Bunny, making friends, playing games, winning prizes and hunting for eggs (we realized we need more eggs next year!). This is what community is all about, and we love being a part of Forest Oaks ❤️🏡. We hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend!

Everyone had a great time at our first Bingo event yesterday! We loved seeing so many homeowners and really enjoyed celebrating Valentine's Day with sweet treats and $350 worth of gift card prizes. Congratulations to all the winners...we are already looking forward to the next one! 🏆💕🍪

Dear FO HO‘s,
There has been some talk about why dues are going up every year. The Board wishes that prices all around would stay the same and not go up. With inflation over 3% and our amenities over 25 years, we want to do right by the community,keep to our fiscal responsibility, and have our commiunity vales stay high. In order to do that, we have to ask monetarily more from each HO as of Jan 1.
Ways you personally can help keep costs lower:
Pick up trash when you see it, report any water breaks or issues you may see on our streets, pick up after pets when you walk them in our neighborhoods, during pool season-leave it better than you found it, and respect all common area amenities like they were your grandmother‘s precious heirlooms (after all that’s what age they are, lol).
You are always welcome to drop into the Clubhouse (S.Lynnwood by Activity Pool- the one with Slide) on Tues & Fridays from 9-5 to speak with our Spectrum property manager , Jami.
EVEN BETTER, come to the monthly board meeting every 3rd Tuesday from 6-7pm.

We will offer light refreshments, so all residents bring your questions & concerns!
