This week's donations support IV YEA and their continued commitment to our local youth.

Looking for a simple way to give back to our local community? Your empty bottles and cans can make a meaningful difference in our community

When you donate through Cans for Kids, your contributions help support the Illinois Valley Youth Enrichment Association, also known as IV YEA. Their mission is: to enrich the lives of our youth by instilling in them a sense of pride, self-worth, and the importance of community.

Every bottle and can adds up. Every donation helps provide opportunities, programs, and support for youth throughout the Illinois Valley and surrounding communities.

Please consider donating your bottles and cans through Cans for Kids and help support IV YEA's ongoing efforts to make a positive difference for local children and families.

Together, we can invest in our youth, strengthen our community, and help create a brighter future for the Illinois Valley.

IVCanDO proudly presents: Volunteer of the Year, Ash Wissler!

Ash’s generosity, dedication, and willingness to lend a helping hand are a wonderful reflection of what community is all about. From helping improve the Lorna Byrne play yard, to creating the Christmas in Whoville event, Ash has continually given time, energy, and heart to make the Illinois Valley community stronger.

Volunteers like Ash remind us just how much one person can make a difference. Thank you, Ash, for all you do, for always being someone others can count on, and for inspiring others to give back to our community.

Please join us in congratulating Ash Wissler on this well-deserved honor!

We are so fortunate to have you as part of the Illinois Valley community.

💙 This Week’s Cans for Kids Beneficiary: Boys & Girls Club! 💙

Every can and bottle you recycle this week through Cans for Kids helps support the incredible work of the Boys & Girls Club.

The Boys & Girls Club provides a safe, welcoming place where young people can learn, grow, build friendships, and develop the skills they need to succeed. From after-school programs to enriching activities and caring mentors, they’re making a lasting difference in the lives of local youth every day.

It’s easy to help! Simply donate your redeemable cans and bottles through the Cans for Kids program, and together we’ll turn recycling into opportunities for kids in our community.

Thank you for helping us support the organizations that make the Illinois Valley a stronger place for everyone.

♻️ Every can counts. Every child matters.
