The Emery County Fair Team Race is July 22, 2026.
This was the funniest race of our season last year.
We are a week earlier than we were last year so there are some new and quick time frames that you need to know about. We will be talking about this at the race Wednesday night also. Entries will open for the team race on Thursday, June 18 at 8 am. There will be a jot form on the front page of the event that the captain will use to enter the team in the team race. The regular event will be on saddlebook. All team members must enter the Open Summer Series Race.

2 of your 5 members MUST be a senior, youth or novice as defined below:
Senior=Over 50
Youth= Under 18
Novice=Anyone who has not won over $1000 running barrels.
Age and winnings will be determined at time of entry.
All five members' times will be added together, hit barrel will count as an added 5 seconds. Fastest team total wins!
$150 fee per team. Race will be a 3D if enough teams enter.
The first 5 teams entered will get free team shirts! Be think of your team color as you will be asked to select it while completing the team form. After the first five teams, any teams entered by July 1st can order team shirts ($15 a piece).
Riders with multiple horse may enter on multiple teams!
NO RIDER HORSE COMBO may be entered more than once.
