Looking for ways to build confidence, manage stress, and improve your mental well-being? 💬

Teens ages 13–17 in Carbon, Emery, and Grand Counties are invited to join ME Time for Teens - Virtual Series—a FREE, fun, and interactive workshop series designed to help you develop skills to manage mild depressive and anxious symptoms.

✨ What to expect:
• 6 engaging sessions (online)
• Tools to handle stress & emotions
• Fun activities + supportive environment
• Swag and supplies

🎁 Bonus for youth attending all 6 sessions + completing surveys!
