🎬 On Friday, October 9th, we rolled out the red carpet for GiGi’s in Lights ‘i have a voice’ Gala.

Our wonderful community joined us to celebrate the individuals, families, volunteers, and partners who make GiGi’s Playhouse Raleigh so extraordinary.

We’re still reveling in the tremendous generosity shared. Thank you to everyone who so thoughtfully contributed to the night.

This year, we're asking the world for one thing: See the Person, Not the Label.​

Too often, an individual with Down syndrome is seen first for their diagnosis and their potential shortfalls — rather than the value they bring to the world.​

​We need the world to see that individuals with Down syndrome have lives. Interests. Personalities. Careers. Loved ones.​

​They're people.​

​And the world needs to see first who we are as people — our passions, our interests, our personalities, our quirks, our beauties, and our flaws.​
