Carver Youth Basketball League
https://carverhoops.leagueapps.com/ Before bigger things can be attempted, players must learn the fundamentals of basketball.

Carver Youth Basketball League is a non-profit association founded and run by community volunteers who are dedicated to the promotion of youth basketball. Our mission is to provide a fun and positive experience for participants, fostering lasting friendships and connections within the community while promoting teamwork, developing skills, fostering good sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels while inspiring a lifelong love for the game. We encourage and expect our players and their families to respect their opponents, coaches, and officials while exhibiting good sportsmanship and fair play. Our league is dependent upon the commitment and dedication of our many volunteers, and we interact with one another with courtesy and mutual respect. Our philosophy is to teach basketball fundamentals through drills and balanced competitive games. This groundwork lays the foundation for success.

📢CYBL is preparing for another highly anticipated travel basketball season!🏀🏀

For those that are new to our program, travel basketball differs from our Town League/Rec program. Travel basketball teams represent Carver and play against other towns on the South Shore. Girls and boys in grades 3-7 are eligible to register. Travel teams play half their games at “home” here in town, and the other half are away games. The season begins just after Thanksgiving and runs through mid-March. Teams will have at least one scheduled practice time per week, and games are played on weekends.

🚨Travel registration will open on SEPTEMBER 28th‼️

🗓️Try-outs (if needed) will be on Monday, October 19th and Thursday, October 29th.

It’s not about which is “better”. It’s about what’s right for your player, family, and goals! If you have any questions about either program or where your child might fit, feel free to reach out through messages or email [email protected]

We look forward to kicking off the new season!⛹🏻⛹🏻‍♀️
