The Kris Kelly Foundation We at The Kris Kelly Foundation embrace "Humanity" and we give dignity and a voice to the animals that do not have one! We are a 501c3 organization since 2006.

When Kris Kelly was in 5th grade she read a book for a book report about an old lady and an old horse. They were friends and spent a lot of time together. Kris remembers her teacher asking her over and over "Why do you think they are such good friends"....as Kris was talking her teacher kept saying "Keep talking...keep talking". Kris finally said "Because they are BOTH lonely and need each other". The teacher gave her a big smile and then an A on her oral book report. That scene has run through Kris's mind over the years. She didn't know what would come of this memory that she couldn't shake. As she grew older she developed a yearning to have the elderly, animals, and children work together. The Kris Kelly Foundation is an animal rescue organization that embraces the elderly and children (that includes teenagers). People have to understand that they have to live with the animals and animals NEED people. We all need each other. We are all one and together we can all help the ones in need heal. There are a lot of lonely souls that are in need of healing and The Kris Kelly Foundation is here to find those souls and then heal them. Souls come in all ages, sizes, skin colors, fur, skin, and races. We embrace everyon e. Whatever costume you wear on your journey in this life underneath the costume is a being that is full of love.

Kris the security is not coming out I called, their office and maintenance department is a straight joke, I’m still here waiting hoping animal control shows up

Hello Kris, the dog you posted he is still there I just passed by and talked to the security and he said he called since the morning today, the dog has food and water but looks like he can’t get up, sorry I am not equipped in handling the matter, I couldn’t secured him, but I am calling animal control again and the security is taking care of him.

Hello Kris, someone reached out to me about a dog who has been lying in the same spot since early this morning and has not moved all day. There is concern that the poor dog may be injured or sick and in need of medical attention. The person who contacted me works at a nearby business and shared this information with me. The dog is outside an apartment complex, and apparently no one has come out to check on him or help him. Is there anyone in the area who might be able to go check on this poor dog and see if he needs assistance? I’m really concerned about him, especially since he has been there for so many hours without moving. Location: 1600 E. Kris a neighbor saw this dog like this. The dog was gasping for air. Turned blue. She knocked on the door of the home. 20 minutes later the woman opened the door. The Seacca Shelter was called and they came out. The owner said it was an accident. Seacca did not remove the dog from the home.

Kris can you please post this? We desperately need to find this guy and most importantly, the poor dog. E are in the area right now searching for the dog. This man dragged this poor baby down the street, practically choking him, and then released him and let him go. It is absolutely heartbreaking and horrifying.
