PALS Animal Alliance The Carroll County Animal Shelter is funded through County funds, but there is not enough money in the budget to save as many animals as we would like.

Founded in 2013 to support Carroll County Animal Shelter, PALS has grown to meet our community's changing needs through shelter support, adoption and foster advocacy, lifesaving transport, education and accessible spay/neuter services. The employees of Carroll County Animal Shelter decided there needed to be a way that we could save animals without taking more money from the county; a fund where e

very dime donated goes to the shelter. So, Full Circle Rescue was born. Our vision is to continue to save more animals and make Carroll County, GA a no-kill community by 2025.
